• Hello Kris, I can confirm that this Stylus works with the Note 4 and all other smartphones. However, it does not fit in the slot for the stylus that came with the phone. This is just a basic stylus that works with any capacitive touchscreen device. It does not have the features of the original Samsung Smart Stylus that came with the phone.

• The stylus was purchased to use both with a Nook and a Samsung Gallexy tablet. There is no slot for the stylus.
