I was told that not just any stylus would work with my phone so I read the descriptions of all the stylus pens in the store. This seems to be a great all purpose stylus for touch screens. I checked with the Samsung person I the store to make sure I chose the right one. I'm sure your Best Buy store has knowledgeable sales people who can confirm whether this stylus pen will work on your device.

It's not a pen. This stylus will work with surface pro, iPhones and anything else that has a touch screen

Don't know, but it works with my touchscreen laptop. So, it leads me to think that any touchscreen device should be fine.

Sure can. I am using it on a number of devices including my table PC and it is working well for all of them. While I paid a little more for this item than I wanted too ... I have to admit that overall I like it and have no complaints.

No. There are specific ones for the surface.

To the best of my knowledge that answer is no. The original Surface Pro stylus is a passive stylus. The new Surface Pro 3 requires an active battery equipped stylus.
