I still haven't receive the part to charge my laptop. It has been forever. I call the first time and gave them all the information needed to get the right tip to charge my laptop. They also charge me for the tip that was supposed to be free. I called a second time, because they send me was not the correct tip to charge my laptop. I gave them the same information again and they where support to send me the correct tip. I am still waiting. I would like my money back. It's be some time and haven't receive anything yet. I went to Sam's club and bought a charger with the correct tip for $20 v.s. $85 that I payed at best buy. You can have the charger back, since my laptop can't be charge with your chargerq.
