• Fiber optic cable if you want digital sound. Everything else is provided

• Yes it is all included. I did not have to buy anything. Just plugged it in and is working great.

• All necessary parts are there there's even a cardboard with holes in it for you to use a level to make sure it's straight You will need tools and a level if mounting on wall

• All provided minus Rca cables for excellent streaming but we didn't invest in any since almost 90% of stuff we are able to pair straight to the bar, well our 17 year old daughter does. Purchased this in replace of a jam box better quality than jam box and cheaper, she will taking to college with her in May another reason.

• You need screws etc but it comes with a template. Don't buy it though because it has no sound even at full volume.
