Yes it will... it has many openings.

I doubt it. It's a pretty big strap for my wrist and I'm a 175lb adult. Mind you, I don't have large wrists, but still.

Yes it would, however if his wrist is small there will be some extra strap out past the buckle as to is a full size mans band.

Band is long, someone with a small wrist might have difficulty.

There would be a lot of strap left over.
