No the USB on any tv new or old does not allow. On older it is normally the service port for tv diagnostics or power. At most allows pictures to be displayed. And second is fire Stick would need the software to be downloaded. What you need is a Hdmi to composite converter/adapter or hdmi to component. Composite would be the yellow/white/red rca. And component would be red/green/blue--video plus red/white--audio.
