• You can take it back to Best Buy with a receipt or they can look it up in your card. They’ll take the old screen n get you a new one.

• If your screen cracks within the return policy (15 days for most customers) you can take it back to the store for a refund or an exchange. If it cracks within the year from date of purchase, you can take it back to the store and they will either exchange it for a new one or give you a gift/store credit card with the value of the screen!

• You need to go on their website submit a form, they'll ask you to return the old broken one, or they'll charge you for the replacement.
