- Answer On the former HEPA filter box it says to replace. However, Best Buy discontinued selling and making these filters.

QuestionI understand that this is a HEPA filter, meaning that it is washable. But, what brand would I order for replacements. I'm not showing that you have filters for this as of yet. This makes me leery in buying one.

- Answer I found none in store or online for this product. Even the company website doesn't show anything about it. Searching for the part number nets nothing in my results. Hope this helps.

- Answer Yes it does. Very minuscule amount. Manufacturer recommends it be in a ventilated area or room.

- Answer BEST BUY does not make or sell these filters. When they sold the filters I would replace every 2-3 months or 3000 hours.

- Answer It runs much quieter than expected, on low it blends in to the background of a quiet bedroom, medium is like a soft white noise machine, and high power is when it gets noticeable but not unpleasant.

QuestionHow do I get the light to stop blinking? I changed both filters and it is still blinking blue red and I've tried pushing the reset button but it is still blinking. Help?

- Answer It's easy to take out if you want to clean it. U was it gently w a small brush. Let it dry. And you have a clean filter. Hope this is of help. Enjoy
