“Is it true that both the HEPA and the charcoal filters are not replaceable on this item?”

• It's easy to take out if you want to clean it. U was it gently w a small brush. Let it dry. And you have a clean filter. Hope this is of help. Enjoy

• Yes. I think they sometimes restock, but it’s such a rare event that it’s so hard to get the replacement filters.. the charcoal filters are replaceable though, you can buy another one from a different brand and cut it to size. The hepa filters are just pathetic.
