“For laptop conversion use 220 v to 110 v: the manual says "do not use converter outlet for more than 10 minutes for devices drawing over 25 watts of power" . does this mean the laptop at 75 watts can't stay connected to convertor for more than 10 mts?”

Use the adapter outlet for dual-voltage devices and appliances (100 to 240 V AC). The adapter outlet should not be used for devices and appliances with power requirements over 275 W at 110 V AC and 575 W at 230 V AC. For USB-C laptops try the Model: NS-PAC65INT
