Recommend you review your insulin pump owner information to answer your “safe” question. I can tell you that this BestBuy voltage converter kit worked perfectly with my US heating pad in Norway a few weeks ago. I had the heating pad plugged in for about 20 minutes and had no converter overheating issues. Also the voltage converter kit comes with outlet plugs for every outlet type in the world.
