I just used this converter in Italy, and this converter works in many ways. It has a converter for both Northern and Southern Europe, and it has a converter for the North America, South America, China, Japan, and the Caribbean, from the others. I think this converter covers the whole need of conversion, and if you want to use two plugs at one time, it will be wise to buy two like I did. The one for the N. America etc. says 250V on it.
