Q: QuestionI just used the adapter/converter on low setting for my Xbox one from America in Israel & the light on the power brick kept switching between blue/orange rapidly so it was unable to turn on. Should I switch the converter to high setting or will it fry it?

• A:Answer No USB Ports on this travel kit. This travel kit has a maximum Watts of 1875. Your hair dryer has how many Watts? Should be a label on the hair dryer or on its electrical plug. If Watts are 1875 or below then use the converter. If not, you need to find another converter that can handle your wattage. As for the iPhone & iPad charging, get multiple USB charger with output of 5w on each USB port. I have one that has 5 USB Ports. I can charge two tablets, two mobiles and a battery power charger at the same time using one adapter.

Q: QuestionI bought this converter in San Bruno, used to plug a 110V mini smart plug in a 220V plug (converted). It went four of five "click" sounds, then stopped. The smart plug light never went on. May it have burnt? May this depend on the "high vs low setting"?

• A:Answer Yes it's all there, but those Hotels that we where, the electric outlet where too recessed in to the wall and I had to go out to findan adaptor so the trasformer could reach into the holes in the outlet. Sorry that I had to returned. You could see this adaptor on line, ( www.hama.com/travel-plug ) Please note that this divise is an adaptor not a trasformer, is good to all divise that run from ( 110-- 220 VOLTS )
