“I do not see casters. Can this stand swivel at all? Are the legs hollow so as to allow small casters? If so, what size/dimension caster stems? I have just bought the Samsung 50" Smart LED 4K Tizen. Will it fit nicely on this stand?”

No it's a stationary stand.
