• The back panel is already pre-assembled on the product, it does not come as a separate part. Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement parts for this unit.

• It has a back panel with cut out openings for routing various cords from your devices. If it came with anything to cover the cut outs I may have accidentally thrown them away, but I don’t think it did. The cut outs are not very noticeable unless you have a lot of light coming from behind the stand, and if they are not covered by anything placed on the shelves they could be easily covered with some dark cardboard or other material. The stand was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy.
