A:AnswerRequires assembly but it is minimal. Pretty much a no tools required construction that you see from other manufacturers. Only tool needed was a screwdriver to attach door handles.
A:AnswerBetty - I have had the console for about two weeks. Fits the bill - the right height for me and my recliners/chairs/sofa. The dark colour doesn't compete with the programs. The console measures in inches 54 wide, 24 high and 18 deep. I had the Geeks put it together - takes two people. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerHello, this TV stand is manufactured with a birch wood veneer and includes a tempered safety glass top surface. Regards, Daniel T. - Insignia Support
A:AnswerThe top is glass but it is very dark and sleek. And it's a pretty dark mocha. But definitely mocha and not just a dark brown. I know some stores have displays of it if you want to check it out. But I bought it and it looks perfect in my living room
A:AnswerNo adjustment, but you could leave the middle piece out to give a much bigger bottom shelf. I currently have my sound bar on the top shelf with Xbox and ps on the next down shelf behind the doors.
A:Answerthe middle shelf is all one piece and can be left out during assembly for additional storage height. Shelf in, there is nowhere that can handle a DVD stored upright as the shelves are too short. The middle shelf is supported at five points and the shelf is metal, not glass. There is no center post at the front of the cabinet but if you were to create one, then the shelf could be cut in half to make a middle shelf for only one side.
A:AnswerI bought this last month and the color is Mocha. I love it! I went to Art Van looking for something like this, decided to wait until I bought my TV. When I was at Best Buy, I found my TV and saw that they had entertainment centers. They are cheaper and better at Best Buy than Art Van!!

A:AnswerThe doors and hinges can be removed with a Phillips screwdriver.
Each shelf has holes behind it to allow wires to be passed through, and these will aid in ventilation as well. Additionally, the glass and steel construction should help with heat dissipation through the shelves. I use a receiver behind the glass doors with no problems or excessive heat buildup.
