• Requires assembly but it is minimal. Pretty much a no tools required construction that you see from other manufacturers. Only tool needed was a screwdriver to attach door handles.

• No it doesn't come assembled but the main frame is already put together and the rest is very easy

• Basically yes, its comes with the doors on it and the stand itself is completely together with a metal frame that is hinged and simply opens up and u put screws in specific places to secure it. Very well built. The pieces of glass slide in and one on top put the hadles on the doors which are already on there and ur done.
