If you are referring to the two vertical dividers that creates the three sections of the TV stand, be sure that they are not "hiding" in a cardboard section. They are somewhat think and light weight. I had set mine aside thinking I was just laying cardboard aside when they were actually contained within the cardboard.

Honestly, I couldn’t tell you what’s included or not because the stand I ordered was completely destroyed by the delivery service and the second one that Best Buy sent was never delivered. A complete disaster trying to buy this product online. Maybe try contacting BB customer service. Good luck! Chris
