Yes. It does in general. I have about medium sized hands, so I can't speak to larger hands, but I definitely feel it helps with hand/thumb cramping compared to not having it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does. The grips aren’t as large as those on the Xbox or PS4 controllers, but what you get with the grip does help with cramping. That being said, it just helps prolong the cramping. I can’t guarantee your hands won’t cramp eventually. I’ve been using the grip for several months now and it’s a lot nicer to play with it than without it.
