• This antenna includes 2-sided foam tape and we don't suggest to install the antenna behind the TV, the signal/channel reception might be blocked.

• No, that won't work. You have to place along side the TV on the wall. Best reception if near a window.

• Yes. Antenna comes with adhesive tape. You can stick antenna to the wall behind the tv or wedge it to the mount behind tv.
