“I currently am using a Radio Shack antenna plugged into a digital to analog converter (Mediasonic HW-150pvr, a Zenith DTT901 replacement but I am going back, the Mediasonic isn't that good) in Queens NY. Are there any conflicts with the converters?”

You need to take the conversion ratio output of your digital to analog converter, compare that to your internal signal distribution level number. Divide the difference by the analog output and multiply by 3. That will give you your straight line signal value
