A:AnswerReturn the charger immediately even if you get it to work it will fry your laptop battery. And then you will be trapped in Insignia customer service (an Oxymoron if there ever was one).
A:AnswerYour best bet is to go to the Insignia website and use their tool to check your model number to see if the correct tip is available. If it is not one of the tips in the box, they will send one. Even though it says guaranteed, there are some laptops this power supply will not work with.
