“What's wrong with this? I bought this & my iPad air can find it to pair. But then it asks you to use the keyboard to enter the 4-digit code it gives you on screen then press enter. I did this 20+ times & called insignia support only to have them tell me how to do exactly what I've been doing. The tech guy looked it up & it's supposed to be compatible with the iPad air. All he could tell me is that I should take it back in to bestbuy and they can see if it's a problem with the keyboard's Bluetooth.”
