Yea, the receiver controls the volume
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When hooked up to a modern AVR w/calibration mic,it will adjust all settings,but either way if they are connected to the same source,the volume will work on all at the same time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 300 Bose sound bar and Acoustimass sub along with these rears. At this point I have to control volume for the whole system with the Bose remote for the sound bar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That partially depends on the source you plug it into. I hooked it to the output of a television that has an option for its outputs to have variable or fixed volume levels. On variable I can set the volume of these speakers once and adjust the main volume with the tv remote(which also adjusts these speakers as well). Also, this set of speakers have the option to select a rear speaker channel or duplicate the front channel (in this case the tv speakers).
