“We have a LG soundbar that works fine. When we connected the Insignia speakers, the soundbar and speakers shut off randomly. Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas? We have tried plugging the into the TV and into the cable box.”

Hey Soundbarandspeakers, the only device that you can connect or line out from your soundbar is a powered subwoofer. The other two speakers are designed to use with a home theater receiver connecting them to the front speaker output jacks.
