The main thing I can think of is to make sure the label is face down. That is the main issue we seem to see. Another thing is to ensure the card type is supported by our card reader and your OS. I would also recommend trying different USB ports on your computer. If none of these work, then please call us at 877-467-4289 so we can do real time assistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe the USB Port on the Computer is a version 1 not fast enough to run 2.0 and beyond USB devices. That will explain why it does not show up on the Computer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I inserted the reader and after the initial download I opened my computer. The reader didn't show as a removable drive. The icon was located to the right of my hard drive. Hope this helps.
