QuestionHow do I get the picture to get from my card reader to my monitor screen?

- Answer If you're using a pc, simply insert the memory card into one of the slot of the memory card reader, then connect it to pc or mac. On a PC, windows explorer should recognize the memory card and will make it available as a drive, and you can choose you preferred photo editor or viewer to view the photos. At this point, you can choose to copy the files on the memory card to your desire folder. There are photo software like FREE GOOGLE PICASA that can detect the memory card reader and download all of your photos to your computer folder (e.g. picture folder). On a MAC, you can use the build in iPhoto app. to import all of the photos to its database.

- Answer No, you will need software to try and bring back those files. And you still maynot get those files back, with free or professional software. I don't think there will be a way to get messages back, but with software like Recuva you might get the pictures back.

QuestionI tried the answer to another user's question, and the drive is still not showing up on my computerYes, I read the manual, LOLsigh. I've inserted the drive into one of my USB ports; the blue light is on; the card is inserted. But this "Plug the card reader into a USB port on the computer, then Go to My Computer. Double click on the drive that you plugged the USB in and enjoy your photos" isn't happening. The drive itself isn't showing up as a Removable Drive when I click on My Computer (and I have two other things installed). Suggestions?

- Answer The main thing I can think of is to make sure the label is face down. That is the main issue we seem to see. Another thing is to ensure the card type is supported by our card reader and your OS. I would also recommend trying different USB ports on your computer. If none of these work, then please call us at 877-467-4289 so we can do real time assistance.

- Answer Definitely. I just bought this and it works great with my Memory Stick Pro Duo. You should have absolutely no issue with it what so ever. Hope this helps :)

- Answer This is not a sim card reader, so no it will not work that way. If you have a Iphone, you might be able to recover everything from your last backup to Itunes.
