QuestionHave not be able to get my computer to recognize this memory card reader. Is there something that I;m doing wrong? The blue light is on when I insert the card.

QuestionThe reader will not show up in My PC on my WIN10 laptop. Works fine on my old Vista desktop but I need it for the laptop. Supposed to be plug-n-play.

- Answer That's usually a USB 3.0 to 2.0 compatibility issues, search for the drivers that help with that, else exchange it for a USB 3.0 reader

QuestionWhy can't I get it to read my MS Pro Duo cards? It's working with other SD Cards...I tried to plug in my MS Pro Duo cards and it doesn't show up in the drive. When I plug a different SD card in, those files show up. The MS Pro Duo cards are working fine in the camera........

- Answer Same problem here, sales person said it reads ALL cards, the only way it read my ProDuo was I luckily had an adapter (not sure where or why I had that) and then it will read it like it's and SD card. Not sure if you can purchase the adapter anymore. Sorry, wish I remembered where or why I got the adapter.
