“The reader will not show up in My PC on my WIN10 laptop. Works fine on my old Vista desktop but I need it for the laptop. Supposed to be plug-n-play.”

• That's usually a USB 3.0 to 2.0 compatibility issues, search for the drivers that help with that, else exchange it for a USB 3.0 reader
