I need the driver null

Look into your system details under USB. If it’s a Mac click on the Apple at the top/About this Mac/System profiler. Scroll down to USB devices, you will find “Asix Electronics” and the model number. I don’t remember it but it starts with A. Then google “Asix driver [model number]”. You should be able to find it.
