I don't know why it wouldn't. I transferred high definition audio files from my pc computer to my Ultra PLUS 128GB microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card. I haven't tried 
video,but can't see any reason why it wouldn't read any of the three cards it says it reads,if there is no damage to the cards.It transfers pretty quick, also.

I use it to transfer photos to my Mac. It worked on videos for me, I don’t know about a PC.

You can copy any files on the SDHC card to a Windows based PC by opening the drive and going to the appropriate folder. Drag and drop the video to a folder on the computer. Opening and viewing a video on the PC is a separate question. Viewing videos depends on the format the camera records to the card with. You should refer to the camera manufacturer recommendation.

Since the reader is compatible with SDHC cards as long as you can see the image file, you should be able to transfer all files because the reader itself cannot differentiate between pictures and videos.

Are you sure you are looking in the right folder for your videos? Your videos will not be in the same folder with your still pictures. I don't know if your card is the same as mine but I have included a picture of where to look for videos on my card. Maybe this will help.
