QuestionUsing with new Dell Inspiron. Upload speed is blazing at over 500 Mbps. Download speed is still a dismal 71 Mbps. It is plugged into USB 3 port. Speed is set at 1.0 Gbps which is faster than Auto. Any other settings to change for download speed?

QuestionI have a Windows 10 desktop slim tower PC with a wireless card that only allows up to 100mbps (can't replace the card). We can get up to 500 with our ISP. If I use this to connect PC directly to modem, will this give me speed of 500 mbps on the PC?

QuestionIt appears from other answers that this DOES NOT work on TV's as they cannot load drivers... My daughter has an Insignia TV and my research shows a driverless Ethernet to USB is what is needed. Can someone from Insignia help here AND suggest details?

- Answer Is the Insignia TV a newer model smart TV? That may be what's required to download drivers. I read in one review that the USB port on the Insignia TV was inoperable on the model current with the review (Oct. 2011). Just a guess on my part.

QuestionDoes this adapter work on smart tv’s? In a dorm room they do not allow you to use the WiFi to stream. There is a Ethernet port that I can plug into bit my tv has no Ethernet port but does hav usb. This adapter woild solve the problem if it is comparable.
