• No, HTC one comes with USB 2.0, this product is compatible with USB 3.0 mobile devices.

• This charger will not work with the HTC 1. This is a Samsung Galaxy S5 charger.

• If the HTC One uses Micro USB, this charger should function fine. Do test it with your particular phone within the return period to make sure there are not any issues with plug size, case restrictions, etc.
