I just bought mine yesterday 05/27/2016 and having the same issue on a Macbook Pro. When I leave for a short period and come back the keyboard no longer functions, moved to another USB port and it worked then left to take a shower and came back to same issue, did a restart and it worked again. It's like the KB goes to sleep but there is no option to wake it back up. VERY frustrating and to have to drive to return a 10.00 KB just amplifies the frustration, I guess you get what you pay for but with that being said I have a $5.00 ihome KB that I have used forever with no problems, I just wanted one with the wider flat type of keys.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you try the keyboard in multiple USB ports. If you continue to have issues, this keyboard does have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Take the keyboard back to Best Buy with the receipt for warranty evaluation.
