Just return it. This product is of very poor quality... Though if your PC is muting it, you may have other PC issues unrelated to the mic.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is not the microphone that mutes. Whom you are interacting with can mute you through their settings. They have the option to have you interact or not. The computer settings make that decision.The microphone is only either on or off.
