Q: QuestionThis microphone looks great, but how does it get its power? is it battery charged or wired? if it is wired, can it be plugged in while in use?

• A:Answer It is wired and must be plugged into a USB port while in use, does not use batteries. Works great and got it specifically to use in Zoom meetings because I am narrating and can't be close to the laptop mic since I am using another image for my video picture.

Q: QuestionIf this is wired and USB to the PC why does it need to use Bluetooth to work? If it requires that to work it should have stated that on the package, or is it my PC or I set it up wrong?

Q: QuestionThis mic will mute itself after brief use. I believe this is a Windows 10 problem. I've tried all the fixes that are suggested on YouTube but to no avail. When the mic work works it works great. Looking for suggestions to fix this annoying problem.
