Push a straight pin into the nozzle to make a hole.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to stick the prong of a fork or a thin, pointed object down the hole it should come out of. The bottle is sealed from the inside and requires this, presumably because of the volatile nature of the liquid. It took me forever to figure this one out. I actually thought it was frozen at first! But all you have to do is stick something down the hole. A small nail would work well.
