• PS4 Slim has a vertical stand designed just for it. Somewhat like PS3 Slim screws into console . Not sure if this stand will work for slim model.

• Nope. I found this out last night, because I didn't know it was a slim until I tried to put this on. It wobbles quite a bit, and I don't trust it at all.
