“Mine won’t connect to the internet At all I kept getting a error saying load and I let it sit their for a hour but got mad and unplug it and plugged it back in now nothing is turning on but the buttons on and it says “hold on while I connect to the wifi””

Are you sure your getting a strong enough WiFi signal from your modem? Once you know your signal is strong enough it should connect easily. I had to use a WiFi extender to get my signal strong enough. Hope this helps.
