“The visible time will display an incorrect time every couple of weeks. This morning the 3 speakers I have in my house all said 4:38. But if you ask it what time it is, it will tell you the correct time. This happens every week or two. Please help.”

We've had ours for several weeks the only issue with frozen time was when we experienced a power brownout. Most of the clocks started flashing whereas this in froze at the time of the event. The fix was easy, all we did was do a power reset. Unplugged it and plugged it back in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.update your phone first then reset your Insignia (google gets its time from the internet but the clock display gets its time from your phone/app) This type of thing happens a lot to people that live in Arizona/ Denver or anywhere near time zones
