“Mine will never update firmware or display LOAD no matter how many times I reset or wait for it to occur automatically. It's always version 105 and buggy. Anything to try before returning?”

I have exchanged some new ones several times in hopes of getting one that will update the firmware and work. No success. It is supposed to update overnight. Many users have had this problem, and given up, returning the speaker. I have two that work fine, and four I subsequently bought would not update, nor will they function in my home.
