“I can’t get past the voice set up the part where you say “Ok Google” twice and then “Hey Google” twice? It keeps saying “something went wrong” and no matter how many times I re-due it it still does the same thing?? Very frustrating that’s for sure!”

Do the "OK Google" setup on your phone through the assistant there. Don't try and do it through speaker setup. This speaker is garbage Once it's been done on your phone it will be saved and you can just have that voice profile used for the speaker without having to say it again
