“I have a Google Home and 5 Insignia Speakers that were all able to broadcast. Now the Insignia Speakers don't broadcast. Talked to Google Support and they said Insignia Speakers were never supposed to broadcast. Anyone else now experiencing this issue?”

I guess this confirms it. I actually had my hubby broadcast some baby talk to our pet ferret "Nemon, you better be a good boy and eat all your Din Din" and it worked fine. 2 minutes later he broadcasted another message and it only came through the Google home and the Google home Mini. I'm upset because this speaker can obviously perform this function and is able to carry out this task, so why sabotage it? Wow, I hope you lucked out and the so-called glitch that allowed you to broadcast even though it wasn't supposed to, did last longer than a couple minutes.
