Their software currently has a bug in it that is preventing that feature and others from working. Tech support has no idea when it will be fixed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have solid green lights on the switches. If not, you're not connected. If you have no light, the switch is wired incorrectly. The black switch wire must be connected to the house incoming black wire so the the switch has power all the time. If you're connected then you should be able to turn switch on and off and set schedules.
