• I have an iPhone X latest IOS. Works fine. Make sure you first log into (create if needed) your BestBuy account. You have to make sure the device is listed/connected on your BestBuy account before you connect with the Insignia app. You also have to make sure your logged in to your BestBuy account in the Insignia app.
