“Does these require Internet connectivity or can they be used on a closed Wifi network?”

• Based on my Install, internet and an account is required.

• They will work on WiFi alone so long your phone or smart device you are using to control is on the same network. Internet not needed unless trying to turn on or off away from home. They will also work as a stand-alone switch without internet or WiFi but the green indicator light will blink continuously.
