You need the Xbox adapter that has both volume controls... The left side controls the game volume that comes through the headset causing the echo effect... The right side controls are for the player char volume.. Turn down the volume on the right side all the way to avoid the echo effect..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Assuming you didn’t take the ball cushion thing off on the mic that helps with that. Your probably sitting to close to your speakers or the speakers are too loud.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into the xbox settings and turn down the microphone volume input. And the head phone volume untill the echo goes away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've also had issues with the echoing you're talking about. Usually I've noticed that either you or someone in your party has output set to both tv and headset. They need to go into XBOX settings and change it. Also, I've had issues when I had game play as well as chat coming through the headset. It works great and issues are solved when game play is through the TV and chat only is set through headset. Again, you have to change these settings in Xbox. I've not had these issues when using more expensive headphones, so I can only guess that this is an issue with these particular head sets. With the setting set like I've mentioned though, they work pretty good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think there are any settings that can be adjusted. I had the same echoing issue, and had to return it. A Best Buy staff member said they were having complaints about the same thing from other customers, so the issue is obviously with the unit itself.
