QuestionMicrophone does not workThis is 2nd headset I've bought in a week and the mic doesn't work on either one. Audio works ok, but no mic signal. What's the problem?

- Answer Is it possible that you didn't have the headphone jack in completely? Do you have a cover on your controller that doesn't allow the headphone jack to seat completely? Is your controller faulty? Is the mute function on the headset turned on?
