I suggest you replace the batteries and then reset the system and try to reconnect the controller afterwards when I connected mine I had no issues
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A different product. Had this issue also returned it for one of the extension cables instead of Wireless. Changing the batteries did not help me once this started to happen to mine after 3 days of using it.

Please try again later.If you only have one you need to try to resync them by unplugging the single and then turning the controller on and holding the start and select done for three seconds. If you have two of them it can be caused by the singles interfering with each other and you might have to sync them seperately and then I would number them to make sure they always get out back to the same controller.
