• yes bestbuy customer service sucks. If they say they are going to connect you to someone else, that means they are going to hang up on you. They got balls. They may be loosing this customer.

• Definitely don't bother trying to get service on this product. I just spent an hour on hold with Best Buy CS, and then they hung up on me. I'd buy a different pair of headphones from a different store.
